2.1 Eligibility

• Must provide accurate and complete information during registration

2.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.1 Course Fees

• All course fees are payable in advance
• Fees are non-transferable between students
• We accept payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay (Send Money) payment methods

3.2 Refund Policy

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been accessed
• No refund after 14 days or if more than 10% of course content has been accessed
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team

3.3 Payment Issues

• Failed payments may result in course access suspension
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension
• We reserve the right to change course fees with 30 days notice

4.1 Access Period

• Course access is granted for the duration specified at enrollment
• Most courses include lifetime access to course materials
• We reserve the right to update or remove course content

4.2 Intellectual Property

• All course materials are copyrighted property of Megatech IT Institute
• You may not share, distribute, or resell course materials
• Personal use of course materials for learning purposes is permitted

4.3 Course Updates

• We may update course content to reflect current industry standards
• Major updates may be offered as separate courses
• We are not obligated to provide updates for completed courses

5.1 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account credentials with others
• Downloading and distributing course materials
• Harassing other students or instructors
• Posting inappropriate content in course discussions
• Attempting to hack or disrupt our platform

5.2 Consequences

• Violation of conduct rules may result in account suspension
• Serious violations may result in permanent account termination
• No refund will be provided for terminated accounts due to misconduct

6.1 Certificate Requirements

• Must complete all course modules and assignments
• Must achieve passing grades on all assessments
• Must maintain good standing throughout the course

6.2 Certificate Issuance

• Digital certificates are issued within 7 business days of course completion
• Certificates can be verified through our online verification system
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates for academic dishonesty

7.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing.

7.2 Data Usage
